Property Manager

About the Role:
Your role will be to oversee the efficient resolution of maintenance issues for our tenants. This will involve excellent organisational skills and effective communication to ensure tenants feel supported throughout any maintenance issues.
You will be directly contributing to a positive X1 experience, delivering a service that the company can be proud of.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising maintenance within the properties in your portfolio
- Assisting in the summer turnaround of apartments each year
- Maintaining accurate file notes
- Create full refurbishment work proposals for properties
- Complete full written and photographic inventories of properties and their contents
- Arranging all compliance works
About You:
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the property industry, particularly within Property Management. You will need to be highly organised, have a professional and friendly personality, excellent written and spoken communication, great attention to detail and fantastic time management.
You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
What We Offer:
£22,308 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus sponsorship of industry ARLA qualifications and staff perks such as complimentary on site gym

9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an early 4.30pm finish on Fridays
