Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable.

About the Role:
  • As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for checking them in and out of our hotel.
  • You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to problems.

Please note that this role requires a high level of flexibility and the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
