Project Architect Opportunity at Zesty Work

Zesty Work is excited to share a fantastic opportunity with a rapidly growing, award-winning architectural studio based in Essex. We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join our team and become an integral part of our expanding studio.

About the Role

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects through the RIBA Work Stages 1 - 7, providing challenges of various sizes. You will work closely with our team of experienced architects to develop long-term working relationships with clients and lead projects within a team of experienced architects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overall aspects of project design, including contract administration and financial control.
  2. Assisting senior team members in the preparation of project programmes and developing project and team leadership roles within the practice.
  3. Project runner and design team coordinator focusing on a single primary project.
  4. Developing project and team leadership roles within the practice.
  5. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills, including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Revit for rendering and visualization.
