Architect ARB Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect ARB to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a well-established Architectural and Interior Design Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering creative and inspiring projects across various sectors, including education, residential, retail, and hospitality.

The successful Architect will have post-qualification experience in an Architecture practice, with a proven track record of working on a range of projects and proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. They will be able to communicate and present confidently with clients, boast creativity and design flair, and produce high-quality drawings.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • ARB registered/RIBA qualified
  • At least two years of post-part 3 qualification experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and Photoshop
  • Experience with planning applications, design, and access statements
  • Strong technical ability and knowledge across a range of sectors
  • Assist with managing a small team and contribute to company growth
