Architect ARB Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect ARB to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a successful Architectural and Interior Design Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering creative and inspiring projects across various sectors, including education, residential, retail, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualification experience in an Architecture practice, with a strong portfolio of projects and proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, demonstrate creativity and design flair, and produce high-quality drawings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ARB registration/RIBA qualification
  • At least two years of post-part 3 qualification experience
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop
  • Experience with planning applications, design and access statements
  • Strong technical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Knowledge across a range of sectors is beneficial
