Architect ARB Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect ARB to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a well-established Architectural and Interior Design Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering creative and inspiring projects across various sectors, including education, residential, retail, and hospitality.

The successful Architect ARB will have post-qualification experience in an Architecture practice, with a proven track record of working on a range of projects and proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. They will be able to communicate and present confidently with clients, boast creativity and design flair, and produce high-quality drawings.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • ARB registered/RIBA qualified
  • At least two years of post-part 3 qualification experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe suite, and Photoshop
  • Experience with planning applications, design, and access statements
  • Strong technical ability and knowledge across a range of sectors
  • Assist with managing a small team and contribute to company growth
