Senior Architect Opportunity at Conrad Consulting Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier consultancy, innovative designs, and impeccable service across a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Design and Project Management: Oversee the design process from inception to construction completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  2. Site Visits and Evaluations: Conduct regular site visits, project evaluations, and advise on regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  3. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to develop feasibility reports and design proposals, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.
  4. Documentation and Planning: Produce detailed drawings and documentation for planning applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Project Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  6. Professional Development: Stay updated on architectural trends and technological advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
  7. Mentorship and Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: Recognised RIBA/ARB Part III qualification in Architecture.
  2. Experience: Experience within the Education sector would be highly desirable.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite essential, with proficiency in Revit & SketchUp highly desirable.
  4. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations, strong communication, organisational, and design skills.
  5. Personal Qualities: Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.

The successful Senior Architect will enjoy a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including hybrid & flexible working, early finishes Friday, bonus & gym access.
