This esteemed consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process from inception to construction completion, collaborating with clients to develop feasibility reports and design proposals, and managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design process, ensuring innovative and effective solutions
  2. Collaborate with clients to develop feasibility reports and design proposals
  3. Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  4. Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and advise on regulatory requirements
  5. Stay updated on architectural trends and technological advancements
  6. Provide mentorship to junior colleagues
  7. Liaise with construction professionals and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
  1. Recognised RIBA/ARB Part III qualification in Architecture
  2. Experience within the Education sector would be highly desirable
  3. Proficiency with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite essential
  4. Proficiency with Revit & SketchUp - highly desirable
  5. Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations
  6. Strong communication, organisational, and design skills
  7. Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset

The successful Senior Architect will enjoy a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including hybrid & flexible working, early finishes Friday, bonus & gym access.
