Senior Architect Position

This esteemed consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join their dynamic team in Chelmsford. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier consultancy, innovative designs, and exceptional service across a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design process from inception to construction completion, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits, project evaluations, and provide expert advice on regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to develop feasibility reports and design proposals, leveraging your expertise to drive project success.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for planning applications, utilizing your proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on architectural trends and technological advancements, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
- Provide mentorship to junior colleagues, fostering a culture of growth and development within the team.
- Liaise with construction professionals and regulatory authorities, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Recognised RIBA/ARB Part III qualification in Architecture, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field.
- Experience within the Education sector would be highly desirable, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse project requirements.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite essential, with proficiency in Revit & SketchUp highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organisational, and design skills, with a proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
The successful Senior Architect will enjoy a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including hybrid & flexible working, early finishes Friday, bonus & gym access.
