About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect to become an integral part of our expanding studio. Our client offers a welcoming, contemporary, nature-filled space, accompanied by modern software and a vibrant social environment. This plant-friendly, sustainable office is composed of avid gamers, creature lovers, and motivated workers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overall aspects of project design, including contract administration and financial control.
  2. Assisting senior team members in the preparation of project programmes and developing project and team leadership roles within the practice.
  3. Project runner and design team coordinator focusing on a single primary project.
  4. Developing project and team leadership roles within the practice.
  5. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and graphic skills.
  6. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and Revit for rendering and visualization.
  7. Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations is essential.
