About the Opportunity:
Arla Foods Plc Careers is currently seeking an experienced Account Development Specialist - Beverages to join our Beverages Team on a 6-month basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, operating within the drinks division via the Starbucks, Arla Protein, and Cocio brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing business plans to grow existing business and drive new opportunities
- Driving visibility in wholesale and retail channels through more than fair share of space and exposure
- Full P&L account responsibility
What We Offer:
An estimated salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid working patterns, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You should also have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven track record of achieving sales growth and driving business development.
