About the Job:

The New Appointments Group is looking for a skilled Client Relations Specialist to join their team in Ashford. This full-time role offers an attractive salary package and a range of benefits, including a competitive annual salary of £22,000 - £24,000, depending on experience.

About the Position:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with one hour for lunch break
  • 35 hours per week

Job Description:

You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling all aspects of their experience. This includes taking inbound calls, reviewing customer needs, and providing relevant products and services to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing customer interactions, processing payments, and updating records.
