We are Thanet District Council, a local authority dedicated to providing excellent services to our residents. We are embarking on a major refurbishment and retrofit project for our tower blocks, which will have a significant impact on the lives of 406 households.

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with residents, building trust, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**

  • Communicating regularly with residents to keep them informed about the project's progress
  • Building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

**We Are Looking For Someone Who:**

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Has strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**Our Benefits Package Includes:**

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development.
