Our client is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care and service. They are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Services Officer to join their team. Job Purpose:
As a Customer Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients and service users receive outstanding care and support. You will be responsible for managing appointments and bookings, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.

Person Specification:
Education and Qualifications:

- Essential: GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above).

Knowledge and Experience:

- Essential: 2+ years' experience in a busy administration environment.

**Skills**:

- Essential: Excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Personal Attributes:

- Essential: Outstanding communication skills, polite and confident telephone manner, organised and methodical approach, team player, ability to act on own initiative, excellent customer service skills, motivated, flexibility, ability to meet deadlines, ability to work in a pressurised environment, ability to travel between sites, ability to work from home.
