If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a South-East based Housing Association, is looking to build a new team of Customer Service Coordinators to join one of their offices in Kent.

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Coordinators who are committed to providing top-notch service and ensuring that all repair enquiries are recorded and handled effectively and efficiently. Your role will involve maximising resource utilisation and deploying works proficiently to meet business targets and complete tasks within required timescales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and handle repair enquiries in an effective and efficient manner, diagnosing at first call where possible
- Liaising with operatives to organise repairs
- Optimise resource utilisation and deploy works suitably and proficiently.
- Meet performance targets set by the business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safeguard customer data and maintain its integrity.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities:

- Previous experience working in a maintenance call centre environment.
- Proficient computer literacy and experience with common software packages.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and prioritisation.
- Polite, courteous, and able to instill confidence and credibility with clients and customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Responsive and able to meet deadlines promptly.
