Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD design engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our production manager and managing director to design purpose-built equipment for our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level design engineering qualification and experience in CAD software, sheet metal, and conveyor systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and control the design of multiple projects
  • Develop cost-effective solutions for current and new products
  • Design complete systems, including sub-assemblies and mechanisms
  • Contribute to development activities
  • Validate designs through reviews, stress analysis, assembly tolerances, and testing

Requirements

  • Degree-level design engineering qualification
  • Proficient in CAD software (Solidworks)
  • Experience in sheet metal, conveyor, and general equipment knowledge
  • Experience in testing and experimenting with prototypes
  • Experience in the food industry
