Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing switchgear solutions for a range of industrial and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical schematics and layouts for switchgear applications
  • Select and specify appropriate switchgear components based on project requirements
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to support project execution
  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders on switchgear applications
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in switchgear application design

Requirements:

  • ONC / HNC / Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in switchgear application design and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and switchgear components
  • Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN)
