Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the conceptual design and engineering of low voltage power systems, including industrial drive systems, power conversion, and power generation applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical concept designs and definitions for various projects
  • Define requirements and functional specifications for bought-out systems and components, such as motors, drives, switchboards, transformers, energy storage, and cabling
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Testing and Commissioning and Site Acceptance Testing
  • Meet project milestones and deliver high-quality results

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of BEng / BSE / Level 6 Apprenticeship in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
  • Excellent understanding of electrical control systems, low voltage power supply and distribution, power conversion, and power generation concepts
