About the Role:
OverviewAs a Reward Manager at JSS Search, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our total rewards strategy, aligning compensation and benefits with our goals of attraction, retention, and motivation. You will collaborate closely with People, Finance, and senior leadership teams to ensure our reward programs reflect our company culture, are competitive, and meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Compensation Strategy & Management: Develop and maintain a competitive compensation strategy, incorporating salary benchmarking, pay bands, and incentive structures. Lead the annual salary and bonus review process, ensuring equity, consistency, and alignment with our financial and strategic objectives.
- Incentives & Recognition: Design and implement reward and recognition programs that motivate employees, reinforce our values, and enhance our culture. Develop short- and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI) aligned with our goals and performance metrics.
- Performance & Rewards Alignment: Work with People and Talent teams to ensure the reward framework aligns with performance management, growth, and career development. Support and train managers on reward and recognition best practices to maintain consistency and transparency across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret compensation and benefits data to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and insights related to rewards, employee satisfaction, and market positioning.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., gender pay reporting, equal pay, data protection) and internal audit standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, including remuneration guidelines specific to the financial services sector.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the People, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure alignment of reward programs with broader business and financial objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expertise on reward policies, programs, and best practices.
