We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our Head and Neck Unit as Assistant Service Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead, motivate, and influence individuals both within and external to the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives, driving change management across the unit
  • Collaborate with the Care Unit Management Team to achieve targets and goals

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • Recognised management qualification at certificate level or equivalent (or willing to work towards one)
  • Experience of managing staff, budgeting, and working in a multi-professional team

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum
