Job Title: Disability Services Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Services Lead to join our team in Derbyshire. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support to young people who have left foster care, care homes, or are seeking asylum.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored support plans to empower young people to gain independence.
- Guide them in gaining skills such as budgeting, maintaining their accommodation, and cooking.
- Assist them in making safe choices, looking after their mental and physical health, and engaging in education.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of youth development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
