About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Equipment Designer to join our team at Playdale Playgrounds Limited. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative playground equipment that meets our high standards for safety and quality.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant field such as engineering or product design, and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and Testing Playground Equipment: You will be responsible for designing and testing playground equipment to ensure it meets our high standards for safety and quality.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
  • Conducting Quality Control Checks: You will conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards for safety and quality.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £39,520 to £44,545 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a company profit bonus, and access to employee assistance programs.
