Care and Support Team Lead

As a Residential Senior Therapeutic Child Care Practitioner at Clarify Consultancy Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall running of the home and effectively supervising staff providing care for children and young people in a residential setting.
* Ensuring that the home operates within the National Quality Care Standards and Regulations for Children's Homes and develops a service that offers outstanding results for children and young people.
* Delivering a child-centred and stimulating environment in which children can receive high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care and support, acting as a positive adult role model.
* Supporting children to ensure their health, medical, and educational needs are met.
* Promoting and evidencing the children's identity, including religion, culture, ethnicity, sexuality, and linguistic needs, offering other forms of communication where possible.
* Responding to the Registered Manager to ensure appropriate action is taken following internal and external inspections, audits, complaints, and investigations.
