
Mental Health Care Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Care Services Director for Adults, overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services in four supported living properties catering to adults recovering from mental health conditions.
The service specializes in supporting adults with mental health conditions, some of whom may also have learning disabilities. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that these individuals receive the best possible levels of support, enabling them to lead independent and rewarding lives.
We are looking for an experienced Care Manager or Service Manager (supported living or residential care) who is passionate about providing quality care and dedicated to leadership and teamwork. Alternatively, Deputy Managers with good knowledge of CQC standards and leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
As a member of our senior management team, you will have opportunities for personal and professional development. This role offers a realistic chance for progression to registered manager/regional management and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality care services.
- To ensure that residents receive the best possible levels of support, enabling them to lead independent and rewarding lives.
- To work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement care plans.
- To maintain high standards of care and adhere to CQC regulations.
Salary Details:
Up to £34,000 per annum + £2,000 bonus + benefits. Estimated salary: £36,000 - £40,000.
