Job Summary:
Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their new home in the North West. This role involves providing therapeutic care and support to up to three young people.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Children’s Home Manager to join our client’s team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading the management of the home, ensuring that it operates within the principles of high-quality care. You will work closely with the senior management team to achieve the home’s goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide therapeutic care and support to up to three young people
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home
* Manage staff and maintain a positive working relationship with them
* Work closely with external agencies to ensure that the needs of the young people are met

Requirements:
* A level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
* Experience of working in a children’s home environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is $£45,000 £45,000 per annum. The benefits package includes a range of perks, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, requiring the post-holder to work 37 hours per week. The working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
