Pastoral Care Professional

We are partnering with a school near Birmingham city centre to recruit a skilled Pastoral Manager. This full-time position involves supporting students with SEMH challenges and requires a strong professional presence.
Main Duties:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils at KS3 and KS4 levels
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Liaise with external agencies and the school's SENCO team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of pastoral care principles
- possess strong safeguarding knowledge and skills
- Excel in building relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Showcase resilience and a growth mindset
- Enjoy competitive rates of pay (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience)
