Government Sector Sales Leader

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our UK Central Government sector team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute the sales go-to-market strategy, identify new opportunities, build our pipeline, and drive business growth.
The role involves collaborating with our Head of UK Public Sector and Director of Government Solutions to define and execute the sales strategy for the UK Central Government Sector. You will be responsible for consistently delivering against sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- You will have a deep understanding of the Government Sector challenges and be able to advise and solutionize with customers through a consultative sales-based approach.
- With a proven track record in positioning and selling Enterprise software either directly or as part of an ecosystem, you will drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- You will leverage your experience in building partnerships across System Integrators, Cloud platform providers, and Consultancy organizations to create new opportunities.
- Your expertise in Public Sector operational and buying processes will enable you to navigate complex customer environments and deliver results.
- You will be skilled in nurturing accounts and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients, driving repeat business and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Ambitious and energetic, you will thrive in challenging circumstances and lead opportunities to successful outcomes.
- You will be an effective team player, capable of integrating into our sales teams and leading opportunities to close deals.
- You will possess existing relationships within the UK Central Government and have expertise working and solution-selling within this sector.
- An independent decision-maker, you will also be inclusive when evaluating options, bringing diverse perspectives to the table.
- You will be a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- You will either hold current SC clearance or have the willingness and ability to achieve SC clearance.
About Our Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a highly competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career development.
