About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Central Claims team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing fast and efficient service to insurers and customers, ensuring accurate administration of customer files and building strong relationships.
  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve team and individual goals, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Deploying claims efficiently and effectively, utilizing your knowledge of our systems and processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
