As a Service Manager - Accommodation, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of service delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest feels valued and supported throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless check-in processes, efficient room allocation, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Work closely with other departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and overall hotel ambiance.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary Estimate: Based on national averages and industry standards, the estimated salary for this position is around £26,395 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure may vary based on location and performance.
