About Amiosec

We are an exciting and growing UK technology company, working in partnership with UK government customers and commercial providers to deliver research, technology, products, and services in the secure communications sector.

As a Service Operations Engineer at Amiosec, you will play a key role in monitoring production infrastructure for faults and issues, including the creation and management of security-based alerts. You will work on a weekly shift rotation, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, and may be required to participate in an on-call Duty Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring production infrastructure for faults and issues.
  • Creation and management of security-based alerts.
  • Day-to-day management of IT operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of IT operations experience.
  • CCNA qualification or equivalent.
  • LINUX operating system and infrastructure applications expertise.
  • Experience with Docker or container-based infrastructure.
