About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Hospitality Service Specialist to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking and delivering food and drinks orders with efficiency and accuracy
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with guests and colleagues

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
