Job Title: Hospitality Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Hospitality Training Specialist to join our team at Tewkesbury Park, an independent hotel, golf & health resort. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of hospitality by developing and delivering impactful training programs that inspire excellence in customer service and drive employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and implement employee learning and development strategies that align with operational improvement and increased professionalism.
  • To identify and address training needs through company-wide learning and skills analysis.
  • To conduct regular L&D reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • To collaborate with suppliers and external organisations for specialised learning and accreditation opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on training and development.
  • A recognised qualification in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful training programs that meet business objectives.

Working Arrangements:
  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening work as required.
  • Salary: £40,000 per annum, pro rata if part-time.

Benefits:
  • 20 days' holiday, plus 8 bank holidays per year (pro rata if part-time).
