Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team at Benefact Group plc in Taunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for recruitment to develop their career within a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:The successful candidate will oversee the full 360 recruitment process, from initial advertising to onboarding stage, taking ownership of day-to-day administration, including CV screening and supporting with interviews where needed.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of all recruitment-based administration
- Updating and maintaining accurate HR systems and records
- Liaising with external parties, e.g., recruitment agencies, training providers
- Supporting colleagues across the business as required
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment administration experience within a fast-paced environment, be willing to work towards their CPD Level 3 Qualification, and possess excellent communication skills.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, ranging between £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, group personal pension, and enhanced sick pay.
