About the Role
">Milsted Langdon Chartered Accountants, a leading firm of independent Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers in the Southwest, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team.

- To provide administrative support in recruitment and onboarding processes.">
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and manage direct applications.">
- Develop and maintain candidate databases.">
- Prepare and post job advertisements online.">
- Execute targeted campaigns for prospective candidates.">
- Assist with pre-screening calls for trainee roles.">
- Understand HR strategy and provide administration support.">
- Provide administrative assistance to help deliver HR initiatives.">
- Stay up-to-date with external HR developments and changes in legislation.">
- Support effective recruitment, welfare, and motivation of people.">
- Liaise with external HR resources and third-party providers.">
- Administration support for people development solutions.">
- Maintain accurate HR systems and records.">
- Provide general HR administrative support.">
