Job Description

The role will involve advising clients on wills, probate, estate administration, inheritance tax, tax planning, court of protection, and powers of attorney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and professional team with a healthy client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on wills, trusts, and probate matters.
  • Managing complex estate administration cases.
  • Assisting with tax planning and inheritance tax mitigation strategies.

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE experience in private client law. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
