Facilities Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized Cleaning Operative to join our team at Danske Bank - Bloomfield Centre in Bangor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth with a world-leading facilities management company.
\Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in offices, kitchens, and rest areas by efficiently completing weekly and periodic tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals safely according to COSHH guidelines.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all cleaning equipment, materials, and agents, using them as directed by the Line Manager after receiving proper training.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
About You: We require candidates with basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work instructions and communicate effectively with customers on a day-to-day basis.
