About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our facilities team at South Eastern Regional College. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing a range of services that support the smooth operation of the campus.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including cleaning and preparing classrooms, corridors, and other public areas
  2. Managing waste and recycling systems, including emptying bins and reporting any issues to maintenance staff
  3. Providing assistance to students and staff, such as opening doors, answering queries, and helping with minor repairs
