Job Title: Full Time/Part Time Care Assistant

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care at home services to the elderly and vulnerable in the Medway towns and surrounding areas.

We are looking for individuals who share our values of kindness, empathy, and respect for others. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing personalized care and support to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, domestic tasks, and companionship.
  • Travel throughout the Medway, Shorne, and Higham area to provide care services, visiting clients at the same times every week.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care provision.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our care team, sharing your ideas and expertise to improve our services.

Working Hours:
