Job Title: Care Worker

At Scott Care Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in the Swale area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carrying out assessments in our service users' homes to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Supporting individuals with social and physical activities, such as booking and attending appointments, and assisting with personal care.
  • Helping service users with eating and drinking, and providing emotional support when needed.

Requirements:
  • A caring attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Good listening and communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Good writing skills to complete documentation, and a smart mobile phone to download work apps.
