Job Title: Care Assistant

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

The Role:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Travel to clients' homes, visiting them on a regular basis to provide consistent and reliable care
  • Work collaboratively with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
