About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide companionship, promote independence, and offer essential support to our service users in their own homes. This may include administering medication, carrying out day-to-day household chores, and providing personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication administration
  • Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care
What We Offer
  • Competitive rates of pay: £12.62-£13.28 per hour (depending on qualifications)
  • Business mileage: 35p per mile
  • Additional contributions for travel time between care visits: £8.00 per hour
  • Zero hour contracts or contracted hours (subject to availability)

Schedule

Care visits are available from 7am till 10pm, Monday to Friday, and every other weekend. Unfortunately, we are not offering sponsorship.

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.62-£13.28 per hour
