What You Will Be Doing:
- Answer B2B inbound sales and technical queries on the IT software we sell in France.
- Build rapport and nurture relationships with C-level prospects identifying opportunities to up-sell.
- Ensure excellent customer support, direct escalations to the respective stakeholders.
- Learn the necessary tools to succeed in the role, with a can-do attitude and an open mind to learning.
What's In For You:
- Year 1 OTE: £27,000 (including basic salary and a quarterly bonus scheme).
- Hybrid office/remote working in Bournemouth.
