Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker for Year 6 Class

We are looking for an experienced Emotional Wellbeing Support Worker to join our team at an inclusive primary school in Haringey, North London. This role involves supporting children with high emotional needs and SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEMH and emotional needs, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored strategies that enhance emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, encouraging active participation and helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Utilize initiative and adaptability to respond effectively to the diverse needs of the class.
Salary and Career Opportunities:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary between £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our team offers opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
