Care and Support Worker

We are recruiting an experienced Care and Support Worker to join our team at beBee Professionals in Tottenham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and promoting their personal development.
About the Job:- Provide person-centered support to service users, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with service users and their families.
- Support service users with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation.
- Encourage service users to participate in community and social activities.
- A high school diploma is required; certification in healthcare or social work is preferred.
- Previous experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is highly valued.
