A talented and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager is required to lead our core team of carers in North London. This exciting opportunity involves delivering face-to-face support for children and families, creating personalized care plans, and providing expert guidance to the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Manage and supervise a team of carers to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients' families, providing exceptional communication and support.

This challenging yet rewarding role offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum, two days of flexible working from home, and a comprehensive private pension scheme.

Requirements:
  • RSCN qualifications and active NMC PIN.
  • A minimum of six months of experience in the UK, with expertise in tracheostomy care and ventilator management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a supportive management style.
