With ambitious goals set for the coming years, our team is dedicated to achieving targets through the introduction of new product categories in footwear and women's fashion, alongside enhancing our paid media and CRM initiatives to support international expansion and leverage our established brand assets.

As a key member of our marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing CRM strategies aimed at boosting customer retention, satisfaction, and overall lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution of CRM campaigns across ARNE Clo Ltd’s UK and international markets, utilizing Email, SMS, and App communications from initial briefing to performance analysis.
  • Develop a comprehensive automated CRM journey, ensuring optimal triggers and segments to engage customers at the right moments.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews of CRM initiatives, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the broader team.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to ensure all CRM needs are met and that there is synergy across various customer touchpoints.
  • Create a detailed CRM testing strategy to maximize the value of each communication and refine approaches based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify and develop new segmentation opportunities to enhance the value derived from CRM channels.
  • Implement a robust reactivation strategy to increase the lifetime value of ARNE customers.
  • Work closely with our in-house data team to design tailored campaigns based on customer insights.

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role.
  • Experience with activated campaigns and automated customer journeys, along with performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify and Triple Whale is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute CRM strategies across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working on an international scale is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and process-driven approach.
  • Experienced in customer segmentation and demonstrating value.
  • Knowledge of Database Marketing regulations (GDPR).
