As we look towards ambitious growth in the coming years, our team is focused on launching new product categories, particularly in footwear and women's fashion. We aim to enhance our brand presence through strategic paid media initiatives, CRM activities, and international expansion.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with crafting and executing CRM strategies that boost customer retention, satisfaction, and overall lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ARNE Loyalty Program across both UK and international markets, ensuring that every interaction adds value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal Data and Finance teams to establish loyalty cost structures, assess performance, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Marketing, E-commerce, and Product & Warehouse teams to promote a loyalty-first mindset.
  • Conduct regular reporting on cohort performance, identifying behavioral trends and necessary actions.
  • Work within the CRM team to create automated strategies that guide customers through loyalty tiers using effective segmentation.
  • Coordinate with the Design team to implement the Global ARNE loyalty strategy.
  • Develop a comprehensive A/B testing framework to continually refine the loyalty program offerings and improve customer value.
  • Ensure that all loyalty communications are optimized for the customer across various channels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a CRM role with a focus on loyalty and enhancing customer value.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Triple Whale.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present performance insights and future strategies.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, ensuring decisions are based on data insights.
  • Experience in international markets is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adept at analyzing performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Experienced in customer segmentation and demonstrating value.
