ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.

Requirements

  • Own the ARNE Loyalty Scheme across ARNE UK and International, ensuring each touchpoint is designed to bring value to the ARNE customer.
  • Work with our internal Data and Finance teams to define loyalty costings, track success, monitor cohort performance and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Work with the wider Marketing, Ecomm and Product & Warehouse teams to ensure we adopt a loyalty-first approach.
  • Conduct weekly & monthly reporting on cohort performance, identifying trends in behaviour and subsequent actions.
  • Work within the CRM team to develop automated strategies designed at moving customers through loyalty tiers through effective segmentation.
  • Liaise with our internal Design team to build and executive the Global ARNE loyalty strategy.
  • Develop a robust AB testing plan, ensuring we continue to optimise the schemes offerings and subsequently improve customer value.
  • Work cross-channel, ensuring all loyalty communication are delivered in a way most-optimised for the customer.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in a CRM role, with specific focus on loyalty / improving customer value.
  • Data driven, with experience using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo & Triple Whale.
  • Strong stakeholder management including regularly presenting back on performance and ‘whats next?’ when it comes to ARNE loyalty.
  • Highly organised and process driven. Making sure decisions are insight-led.
  • Experience working on an International level is advantageous.
  • Strong project coordination with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Able to report on performance, identifying trends and actioning accordingly.
  • Experienced in customer segmentation and the ability to show value.
