As a Designate Centre Manager at Halfords Group PLC, you will play a vital role in supporting local centres within a reasonable travel time and leading the in-centre teams with support, encouragement, and motivation. Your primary objective will be to drive business performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and build your centre's reputation for excellence.

Requirements:
  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and displaying effective management
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and able to provide in the moment training
  • Strong financial acumen with experience of managing P&L and optimizing profit
  • Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
  • Experienced with high sales turnover and managing KPI's
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
