Area Manager Role

About the Role:
As an Area Manager with Bluebird Care, you will oversee all aspects of team management and quality assurance, ensuring our high standards of care are maintained. Your leadership will enable our customers to live independently in their homes with tailored support that meets their individual needs.
This role is a mixture of office duties and community-based work, supporting your team out in the field and covering shifts as and when required. You will also be required to form part of our on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a dedicated team of support workers in delivering exceptional homecare services
- Ensure quality service delivery through effective management of rotas and team performance
- Collaborate with other Area Managers to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a care setting, ideally homecare
- Background in managing and mentoring teams
- Experience in managing rotas and ensuring quality service delivery
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
